CityMed now has a primary care registered nurse!

We are thrilled to have a wonderful RN here to support team-based care for our patients.

'Our RN may be involved in your care by providing, in conjunction with your primary provider's care:  health education, immunizations, chronic disease management support, well child assessments, and much more.

Please expect that you may be seen by the nurse before or after your appointment, or have a dedicated phone or in person appointment with her.

To ensure that we can handle inquiries most efficiently, we have implemented a new phone system. Calls will not be answered live, but we are committed to responding to all messages on the same business day. 

We kindly request that you listen carefully to the new prompts, and leave only one message.

Please be assured your message will then be addressed through either direct appointment booking, email correspondnece, or a return phone call.

Please book these online as our portal has the most up-to-date availability.

Please do not use these appointments for routine medical visits or prescription renewals, as this will take an opportunity away from someone who needs more urgent care.
